01Service definition
addCarePass is a digital intermediary platform that enables subscribers holding valid CarePass cards to access medical discounts and benefits through a network of partner healthcare providers — hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and laboratories.
02Subscription & card usage
addYou agree to pay the applicable subscription fee through the app to activate membership and issue a CarePass card, digital or physical.
The subscription is personal and exclusive to the cardholder and may not be transferred or used by any third party.
03Payment to providers
addDirect payment: pay the cost of medical services, after the discount, directly to the healthcare provider in cash or via any method the provider accepts.
Immediate payment: payment is due immediately on receiving the service. Neither CarePass nor providers offer deferred payment or installment options.
Financial liability: CarePass does not act as a financial intermediary and bears no responsibility for transactions between patient and provider.
04Card verification
addTo benefit from discounts, you must provide valid proof of your CarePass card through an approved verification channel — physical card, app, or website. No discount applies unless verification is successful.
Any attempt to forge or misuse the card results in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
05Periodic free services
addSubscribers receive certain free services — such as blood pressure measurement and random blood glucose testing — once per month, from any one participating provider.
If a free service is unavailable at a given provider, you may be referred to another provider, or directed to support to help locate the nearest one.
06Discount display & calculation
addBase prices vary between providers, so CarePass displays discount percentages only within the app, not actual service prices.
The displayed percentage is applied to the provider's standard listed price at the time of service.
